Called with an issue. No appointments today. Connected me with a national help line. They responded in 5 minutes. Got clear direction.

No wait time. He took time to review my results. Explained what was happening with my hearing. Went over reports. Reviewed some functions of my app and hearing aids. Very impressed with work up. Never rushed me. Answered all my questions.

Mr. Wrench was very thorough with my hearing test. He took out the time to explain the whole detail of my test. Never rushed me. I would recommend Audible to anyone. I would like to add that the receptionist was very kind and very understanding.
